Shipping Policy
Shipping area
We ship to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and to the rest of the European Union. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla due to their different tax and customs regime.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation. Delivery to the rest of the European Union may take a few additional working days. Orders are prepared within 24-48 working hours.
Shipping costs
- Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands): standard shipping 3.99 euros; FREE on orders of 35 euros or more.
- Rest of the European Union: FREE shipping.
The applicable costs are always shown before completing the purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the status of your delivery.
