Terms and Conditions

1. Identification and purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern purchases at veliaselect.com, whose owner is Carlos Martínez Delgado, NIF 53730267J, with registered address at Calle Camino del Tomillarón nº 59, Portal 2, 2º A, 28231 Las Rozas de Madrid (Madrid), Spain, trading under the name Velia Select. 2. Acceptance

Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms. The user declares that they are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate (21%). Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before completing the purchase.

4. Purchase and payment process

The purchase is completed by clicking the order button with an obligation to pay, and is confirmed by email. The language of the contract is Spanish. The payment methods enabled during checkout are accepted, in a secure environment with 3D Secure verification.

5. Availability

If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

6. Legal guarantee

Products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

7. Online dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform available on the European Commission website.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
